Helping you stay prepared, one answer at a time
Being prepared means understanding what you’re buying and why it matters. We’ve gathered the most important questions so you can feel confident, informed, and ready.
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, pick the items you need, and add them to your cart. Check out securely, and you'll get an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase goes through.
Are your kits OSHA-compliant?
Our workplace kits are built to the contents required by ANSI/ISEA Z308.1, the consensus standard OSHA references for workplace first aid kits. The applicable class is listed on each product page. Note that OSHA does not certify or approve first aid kits—employers remain responsible for assessing the hazards of their own worksite.
Are your kits FDA approved?
No first aid kit is “FDA approved”, and we never describe ours that way. Our kits are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility; first aid kits are generally FDA-listed Class I or Class II devices, and drug-containing components (burn cream, antibiotic ointment, antiseptic towelettes) carry FDA Drug Facts labeling (21 CFR 201.66).
Where are your kits made?
Kits are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility in China under our own supply-chain control, and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Full details are on our compliance page.
Do first aid kits expire?
Sterile dressings and drug-containing components carry expiration dates; bandages and tools do not. Inspect the kit regularly – twice a year at home, monthly in workplaces – and replace used or expired items.
What does “organized by injury type” mean?
Every kit groups supplies into Assessment, Bleeding, Burns, Breathing and Bruising, so a family member or co-worker can find the right item without reading a manual.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing. Approved wholesale accounts can also be invoiced on payment terms—see our wholesale page.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, it can't be modified. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, before it ships, and we'll process a refund according to our policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only, so we can keep service fast and reliable.
My package hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link. If something looks off or delayed, our customer service team is here to help you sort it out quickly.
Can I return my first aid kit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only if the kit is unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which prevails in case of any difference.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team with the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll email you instructions and a return label.
What if my kit arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us right away with photos of the issue, and we'll get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How do I contact customer service?
Our team is here to help — reach out anytime through our Contact page and we'll get back to you promptly.
Do you sell to businesses and resellers?
Yes. Distributors, safety resellers, contractors, workplaces, schools and municipalities can open a wholesale account with trade pricing and case quantities. Apply on our wholesale page.
