For hygiene and safety reasons we accept returns only if the kit is unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and the reason, and we will email you instructions and a return label. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Our workplace kits are stocked to the Class A contents of ANSI/ISEA Z308.1, the consensus standard OSHA references for workplace first aid kits. The applicable class is listed on each product page, and specification sheets are available on request for your safety documentation. OSHA does not certify kits—the employer remains responsible for assessing their own worksite.
